Our Return Policy
On the rare occasion that you feel you would like to return a product, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order and let us know what items you would like to return and the return reason. We stand by the quality of all our products and we guarantee that any defective merchandise will be replaced by us at our cost, post verification of the defect by our quality control team. If you would like to exchange products because you changed your mind or you would like a different colour etc., we will be happy to do so provided the product has not been used and is still in its original packing. In such cases the courier charges for the return must be borne by the customer.
