Fairly good, but it would be better if order can be tracked or possible date of delivery could be known beforehand. Also many products are not outright available.

It really has a very nice grip and the crochet tip is also very smooth

Very handy. The hook being quite pointy is really good at grabbing the yarn and pulling it through. The handle though is the best part. It is such a relief and doesn't cause cramps. The service was great, shipped the item quickly👍🏻
