Firstly, you have written the wrong description in your product. It says the needles are aluminium but you send the plastic ones.
Secondly, your website says 2days to return the product, but there isn't an option to initiate return. When contacted your person in WhatsApp, he/she was highly useless and unhelpful. It's been 7 days since I request for return ( which was the day I recieved the product) but still no answer from your contact person. You are running a scam here. Highly disappointed in your brand.
