The product is good, requires operation instructions

The product is very good no doubt. But it needs operational instructions, you need to first remove the chalk compartment and remove the stopper and then reinsert. I thought at first ut was faulty as chalk was not coming out.
Also the product is quiet marked up as the MRP was blackened out by permanent marker which is business malpractice.
